Wilson Skittish Dog 115 Absinthe

The Wilson Skittish Dog Floating Stickbait Lure is an Australian-designed topwater weapon purpose-built for anglers chasing surface bites. The floating stickbait design is engineered to walk the dog across the surface with a tight side-to-side action that fires up predators looking up for a feed.

Rigged with quality trebles straight from the pack and finished in a selection of Australian colours tuned for local species, the Skittish Dog delivers reliable surface action with every retrieve. Work it with sharp twitches of the rod tip to produce the distinctive walking action, or slow it down for a more subtle presentation when fish are less committed.

Purpose-built for chasing Australian topwater predators across estuaries, impoundments, and inshore water, with proven form on barramundi, mangrove jack, giant trevally, Australian bass, and threadfin salmon when the surface bite is on. Best fished early morning, late afternoon, and on warm, calm days when surface fishing is at its peak.
