Scotty Downrigger Strongarm 30 Boom

he Scotty Strongarm series downrigger features a high speed, 2 ft. per turn of the spool coupled with an extended handle for extra leverage. The positive-drive depth counter is spray protected and the marine grade stainless steel boom features a mounted adjustable 358 Rodmaster II Rod Holder. The downrigger cable is 200 ft of 150lb test of stainless steel downrigger cable. The downrigger also includes a 1023 Tilt-up mounting bracket which enables the unit to be tilted and locked in the upright position. The clutch brake has the largest braking service in the industry and in the event of a bottom hang-up, it will pay out to avoid losing gear. The unit is supplied with a Power Grip Plus line release and comes fully assembled and factory tested with complete saltwater protection.
