Improving Daiwa’s line of SEABORG MJ electric reels is no mere feat. The introduction of MEGATORQUE-G motors heralds a new level of power and durability, and kick-starts the new 3 year/300km motor guarantee due to the improvements made within the motor assembly.

The key component of SEABORG MJ is the Mega Twin system, which enables switching from speed mode to power mode according to the load, and can be set to automatically detect when switching is required. A unique two-speed system enables SEABORG MJ to excel where others simply cannot, whether it’s pulling rigs up quickly with speed mode to reset a drift line, or switching to power mode to get that big bluenose off the bottom, the SEABORG MJ can do it all.

The key component to the new SEABORG MJ is the addition of MEGATORQUE-G motors. Heralding a new guarantee of 3 years/300km, the new motor design is more durable & more powerful than ever before.

The new 24 SEABORG MJ reels also are now Bluetooth compatible, meaning the REMOTE JOG Bluetooth remote (sold separately) can be used to remotely connect and control the reels retrieve and see the line data on the handheld remote.

Available in both an 800 and 1200 size the new SEABORG MJ is suited to both shallow bottom fishing to rip fish from the reef and away from sharks, and also deep-dropping off the shelf for prized table fish.
