This Terms and Conditions document governs the use of Tackle World Townsville Online (TWTO) including shopping and participation in promotions run by Tackle World Townsville. You can access this Agreement at any time from the bottom of any page of the site.

Tackle World Townsville shopping gives customers secure, easy & convenient shopping.

Products displayed on the site shopping areas can be purchased using three payment methods.

• After your order has been placed one of our friendly staff members will call you to confirm your order and arrange payment over the phone.
• Alternatively you can pay through Pay Pal.
• Finally you can purchase via our secure credit card facility.

Pricing
All prices in the shopping areas include GST (10% sales tax). All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.

Shopping Security

Tackle World uses secure server software (SSL) which is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure Internet commerce transactions. This software encrypts your credit card number so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.  Outside of our credit card facility we offer two of the safest payment methods they include personal over the phone service and Pay Pal.  Pay Pal is one of the most widely used forms of transactions over the internet due to its security.  We feel the payment options provided are the safest currently available.

Use of TWTO by You
Your right to use TWTO is personal to you. You may not authorise others to use TWTO, and you are responsible for all of your own use of TWTO.

You may not download, modify, transmit, or otherwise us any material from TWTO for public or commercial purposes.

TWTO’s content, information and advice are free of charge (unless otherwise stipulated). However you are responsible for your own network and connection charges.

Other than connecting to Tackle World Townsville’s servers by HTTP requests using a web browser, you may not attempt to gain access to Tackle World Townsville’s servers by any means including, without limitation, by using administrator passwords or by masquerading as an administrator while using TWTO or otherwise.

You agree not to disrupt, modify or interfere with TWTO or its associated software, hardware and servers in any way and you agree not to impede or interfere with others use of TWTO. Children
Tackle World Townsville will over time provide content and information which children may find interesting and may wish to access. However, no one under the age of 13 years is allowed to provide any personal information. Minors under the age of 18 years are prohibited from making purchases, including subscriptions, on TWTO.
