Returns Policy

We will refund in full for faulty goods only, however all products returned will not be accepted unless they are returned in original condition and packaging.  Returns must be made within 14 days, accompanied by a copy of the Tax invoice received with your order.  Returns must be carefully packed, insured and freight paid.  We will not be responsible for loss or damage to returned goods.  We cannot accept any item that has been used or tampered with or damaged.  We will credit you with your original method of payment for faulty goods only.
